I spotted a few pictures of this gorgeous penthouse in my Instagram feed recently, and it was too good not to share with you!
This polished interior is the work of Kaemingk Design, a Portland-based design studio. They created a home infused with timeless aesthetic for “uncomplicated living”. The style is modern, clean and minimal, with European influence. Lots of furniture and accessories are from local artisans as well as from brands who strongly value craftsmanship. This, combined with the natural materials and textures found here, add lots of character to the place.
A beautiful and refined simplicity!
