This gorgeous home in Reykjavik is filled with envy-worthy, mid-century design classics by Finn Juhl, Poul Henningsen and Børge Mogensen, among others. The white walls and the stunning caramel-colored floors create a beautiful contrast. The apartment featured many large windows allowing the natural light (time of the year permitting) to fill the place.
I am a big fan of the old drawers repurposed for the kitchen island – Clever! I also like the desk being right in front of the window, which provides views of the colourful roofs of the city, the harbour and the rugged Icelandic landscape.
This home has the right mix of vintage and modern, don’t you think?
