Scandinavian simplicity involves lived-in minimal aesthetic and a warm, textural approach, and this beautiful home perfects the look.
Different natural materials and colors were combined to create a warm look and feel in this 55-square-meter apartment in Stockholm. The restrained palette contributes to create a calm atmosphere, as well as a sense of harmony. Two fantastic traditional stone fireplaces bring a classic touch to the interior. Some of the most impactful pieces of furniture and lighting include the Thonet chairs and the fab dining table and stool from Melo Studio – Could this actually be the house of Sara Medina Lind, the founder and designer at Melo? Some shots below reminded me of the Swedish brand’s imagery.
It’s a pretty nice gallery wall, too, don’t you think?
