Brand new restaurant Kul just opened its doors in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District. Nestled in between art galleries, organic juice bars and fresh fish restaurants, Kul brings some enticing contrast to the trendy up-and-coming neighborhood. Chefs Henrik Jyrk and Christian Mortensen serve a multitude of high end grilled foods alongside other delicacies. Oysters or veal, truffles or trout – Kul puts a special spin on every item on the menu, and feeds guest in an equally unique interior. Raw wall treatments, subway tile, simple dining chairs, and a focus on black and white leave room for all the more color and extravagance on the guests’ plates.
