The work of Kristina Dam

, , , , By Catherine

I just discovered the work of talented Danish designer Kristina Dam, and I’m already a big fan!

She studied graphic design at the Royal Danish Academy of Architecture in 2007. She is strongly inspired by her background at the Architecture School combined with her love for letters as a graphic designer. Her style is simple, but sharp and graphic.

Here are a few of her designs that I love:

  • The Italic candlesticks are made of ceramic, they are half glazed and half matte. They are pretty on their own or combined with others. At the moment, the series is available in white, grey and black, but more colours should be introduced later this year. You can pre-ordered The Italic here.
  • Kristina’s Diamond Sculpture has a black metal structure with a small copper accent. It is in limited edition of 100 pcs. Dimension 35 x 21 x 21 cm
  • Her white Bauhaus A3 Illustration embossed in 300 g. paper – A beautiful, understated expression! It is signed and numbered (edition of 100 pcs), and the price includes thin (5 mm) black or white steel frame with acid-free cardboard on the back.

Plus: She offers free worldwide shipping! Visit her shop here.
