I’m personally not a big fan of this bright hue for my home décor, so here’s my take on the shade of the year: Deeper shades of plum, mauve and aubergine, which are fresh and interesting, and not too feminine.
Here’s my selection of Scandinavian furnishings inspired by Pantone’s colour of the year:
1. Tablo table, small, Normann Copenhagen; 2. Match tea light holder, Muuto; 3. Mella lamp, Kähler; 4. Espresso cup, Royal Copenhagen; 5. Notes booklet, HAY; 6. Fabric cord, Rie Elise Larsen; 7.
