With the long weekend ahead, many of us are preparing to celebrate Easter a little differently this year. The pandemic and social distancing oblige, a brunch with family and friends is not happening. But it doesn’t mean we can’t decorate, celebrate and eat chocolate, right?
While looking for styling inspiration, I stumbled upon a series of beautiful pictures from Lyngby Porcelæn.
The Danish porcelain manufacturer, known for its outstanding craftsmanship since 1936 and for this iconic vase*, presents here decorative eggs in delicate pastel colors, beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers, crowns of budded branches and minimal table settings.
As I write these lines we still have over a meter of snow on the ground at home, and I find that winter is lingering a little too long for my taste this year… And yet, I am quite enjoying the dark hues and moody atmosphere shown in these pictures.
It is a lovely change from the bright look we usually see around this time of the year. I find it elegant and serene. Gorgeous!
