My second travel guide of design and interiors lovers is out! Destination: Wonderful Copenhagen!
Copenhagen has recently been voted best city to live in by Monocle (yet again), and the Danes are consistently at the top of UN’s ranking of global happiness. It has an enviable quality of life, a strong focus on work-life balance, fantastic cuisine, cutting-edge designers, easy-going and fun-loving citizens, world-class architecture, lots of green spaces, and beaches. The city can be explored by bike in a day, and you’ll get a taste of its richness and glory. Copenhagen is lively, charming, clean, safe and all about ‘hygge’.
There is something special about Copenhagen, and it’s hard to put it in words. A day in the city will convince you; you’d probably want to be a part of it, just like I do. And you’d wish you could call it home.
In this guide, I made a selection of some of the best places in Copenhagen I believe every design and interiors fan should visit. This guide, I hope, will help you discover an amazing city, and inspire you to pack your bag, and go! Thanks to our locals, Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen, Kristine Meyer, Sabine Lavigne, Rikke Graff-Juel, Bjørn Agertved and Anders Schønnemann for sharing their impressions and tips on this amazing city.
I hope you enjoy the guide!
