Chic and Colourful Stockholm Apartment

, , By Catherine

You won’t find lots of bright colour accents into my home, as I like to keep it rather serene, with neutral hues and a muted palette. But I have to say that it’s slowly growing on me, especially when I see a place like this one!

This chic apartment in Stockholm has a timeless and classic base: Walnut herringbone parquet, grey walls, white mouldings and wall panels, Carrara marble and brass details. The look is jazzed up with cheerful pop of colours – Pretty nice, right?

I’m loving the contrast with the black Thonet chairs and PK22 lounge chairs by Fritz Hansen.

There are also several accessories by Svenskt Tenn such as this lampshade, vase and tray.

For that gorgeous feather pendant light, check out Kontrast.

love this design. not overdone in any way. stylish yet approachable. love the punches of color and texture. any chance of getting the gray paint color (similar match to a US paint chip)?

Try Benjamin Moore Coventry Gray or Smoke Embers. I personally like Gray Owl a lot, too! :)
