This amazing house is located in the Inkoo archipelago on the Southern coast of Finland. Perfectly camouflaged in its surroundings, Villa O is made of a combination of traditional materials and prefabricated elements, following the forms and colours of the nature. The huge windows offer breathtaking views from every room and the many terraces add a sense of space to the building, diminishing the borders between the exterior and the interior. The villa is designed by a Helsinki-based architect studio called A-Piste arkkitehdit.
I’m loving the “contemporary meets traditional” look of the house, the spacious and luminous interior with high ceilings, as well as the minimalistic decoration. It’s the perfect package, a place that offers a great opportunity to unwind, to stop for a moment, take it slow, and to appreciate the beautiful archipelago for a while. Lovely!
