Here’s a great example of when industrial meets bohemian chic. Add a Nordic flair, and you’ve got the gorgeous Brookyln home of photographer Pia Ulin. It is super stylish, but in an understated, relaxed and inviting way. It’s elegant, but cozy – A truly personal home with a cool vibe.

I love that shade of grey in the kitchen, combined with brass pendant lamps and Carrara marble. The contrast with the light wooden panels and floor boards is very nice, too.

Notice the restrained color palette. It makes it easy to mix and match furnishings and eclectic elements for an effortless look. Simple and beautiful.
