Tre Stuer og Bar, which translates to “tree living rooms and a bar” in Norwegian, is a great little place for “beer, grill and rock’n’roll” in Oslo.
This gastropub was designed by SJ Design, a well-established firm that has completed over 200 successful projects of cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs throughout the country.
The walls and ceilings were painted a very dark shade of blue, which transforms with the light and moment of the day. Brass accents, wooden element and cream leather upholstery brighten up the space. There is a retro vibe going on, but in a sleek, understated way. It looks like a cozy, laid back unpretentious place where customers would hang out and feel at home.
If you’re craving a wholesome burger or a pork roast with a good pint, Tre Stuer og Bar should surely be on your itinerary next time you’re visiting Oslo.
