, , , By Catherine

Step inside this beautiful Art Nouveau building in Barcelona, and you’ll discover the bright and modern 2,583-square-foot apartment design’s fans. Owned by designer Elina Vila D’Acosta-Calheiros and her husband, they were seduced by the place’s original details such as the tile floor, amazing crown mouldings and ceiling ornaments. The lick of white paint one the walls make the interior feel spacious and sleek, and provides a nice backdrop for the beautiful home furnishings – Many of them from Scandinavian designers: Arne Jacobsen Swan chairs, Poul Henningsen Snowball lamp, Arne jacobsen AJ table lampWishbone chairs by Hans Wegner, and Tulip side table by Eero Saarinen, among others.

Oh, and did you notice the tub in the master bedroom? Pretty awesome.
