Puffin by Kay Bojesen

Back in March 2012 we’ve featured the arrival of the colorful Songbirds family in Rosendahl’s assortment. This year, we see the arrival of another feathered friend, the Puffin, also designed by Kay Bojesen. The sweet wooden bird may be one of Bojesen’s most popular “forgotten” design. It was created in 1954 in collaboration with scenographer Svend Johansen. The Puffin differs from most of the other animals in the Bojesen Family in that its body is painted black and white, while its bill is brilliantly adorned with colourful stripes.

Made of painted beech.
H: 19.6 cm
