Pimp your cuttingboards

This is a nice idea I found over at the blog of Ikea’s inspiring blog, Livet Hemma (in Swedish). It’s quite simple: Use leather, rivets and nails (which can be found at special hobby shops) to personalize wooden cutting boards. For instance, you can twist or braid a leather strap around the handle for extra grip. It also adds a nice trendy touch to a somewhat simple kitchen accessory.
