Today I’m showing you a residential project in the Stockholm’s archipelago. It consists of 24 unique homes of 1 to 6 rooms, ranging between 33 to 158 square meters – As I am dreaming of having a small summerhouse (I’m saving ideas to this Pinterest boards, if you’re interested), I love to see concepts like this one; it makes me dream! And with its high quality finishings, panoramic windows and roof terraces, this is a great project for someone looking for a modern retreat in the middle of nature.
The images below are 3D renderings of what a unit could look like. It is definitely well furnished, with Scandinavian classic designs such as the CH24 Wishbone chairs, a CH25 lounge chair and a CH37 dining table, all by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Son.
I also found some floor plans of the smaller homes; nice too see how the spaces have been optimized.

This is indeed a beautiful concept with some really great 3d renderings. Looking at the floor plan I have one minor objection about the bathroom door being across the entrance door… I would try to rearrange the bathroom layout to avoid direct eye contact with the toilet. (That’s just one of my peculiarities, I guess). ;)
