Karaköy Rooms in Istanbul

, , , By Catherine

Bear with me here. I know that Turkey is not a Nordic country, but this boutique hotel in Istanbul was too good not to share!

First, I’m a sucker for herringbone/chevron hardwood floors, and this place has one. Second, I love the dark grey ceilings, which contrast nicely with the white walls, copper pipes, and wooden furniture. Third, the style is a mix of retro and industrial, with an understated elegance. It is simple, modern and What’s not to love?
