How fantastic is this building?
Designed by Avanto Architects from Finland, the impressive chapel of St. Lawrence was completed in August 2010. It is located in an ancient historical setting in Vantaa, a city north of Helsinki. It won an open architectural competition back in 2003.
Simplicity, refined details and a great use of materials… It has a very interesting architecture, with a sophisticated and timeless design.
