Ceramics from Vipp

In collaboration with Danish ceramicist Annemette Kissow, Vipp has created a new collection of ceramics and is unfolding in a new chapter in the 70 year-old Vipp story. Although this is a new and completely different material for Vipp, the result is the same as the characteristics of all the Vipp products – a minimalist look where material and processing define the design.

The collection includes 7 pieces: a bowl, milk jug, egg ring, plate, espresso, coffee and tea cup. Like the existing Vipp products, the ceramics distinct itself by its soft shapes interrupted by sharp lines in traditional white and grey. Hand-casted in the finest quality porcelain with surfaces glazed on the inside and water polished by hand on the outside, each piece is a result of a thorough process from which it obtains a soft surface with a matt look.
