A Downtown Stockholm Apartment with a Refined Look

, , , , , , By Catherine Lazure-Guinard

Today I have for you an apartment that exudes luxury and sophistication, with a price tag that matches the high style: $2.5 million dollars.

Its floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flow in, as well as fantastic views of Stockholm – You can spot the City Hall tower and the surrounding waters from the balcony adjacent to the bedroom. It couldn’t be more downtown than this.

The numerous drapes, the exquisite furniture and home accessories, the sleek modern kitchen, the hardwood floors, the custom-built bookshelves… these are all elements that together create a refined, upscale look.

I spot a Three-arm lamp by Serge Mouille, a curved sofa, a high pile rug, a Henning Koppel pitcher, a Snoopy table lamp by Flos, a chandelier by Lee Broom, candleholders from by lassen, dining chairs by Eero Saarinen, and a desk by Per Söderberg, among others.

That marble tiled bathroom looks like a private little spa. Oh, I could soak in that bath!

Enjoy the tour.

Oh wow, I’m speechless! The pastel nuances, gorgeous kitchen elements, plants and beautiful art pieces – everything in this apartment screams elegance and sophistication. I love that there everything is made of glass to let the daylight in and make space so bright. Working space is also gorgeous, but I don’t know if I would spend more time working or staring at the stunning city life. :) All in all, I’m impressed. Thanks for sharing this!
