Q – What is the ND Insiders Club and what does it include?

A: The ND Insiders Club is a membership that helps style-seeking homeowners to be inspired, learn, and get ongoing support to create a beautiful Scandinavian-inspired home. Members get access to premium content and exclusive features, as well as to a community of Nordic design enthusiasts from all around the world. Q – How is the content reserved for the Insiders Club different from what is currently available on Nordic Design?

A: All design news, travel tips, home tours, and styling inspiration, will still be available for all readers. Members of the Insiders Club also have access to product roundups, ‘Get the looks’, trend reports, décor advice, and other articles that take a deep dive into how to achieve a beautiful Scandinavian home. New content released weekly!

Q – I don’t live in the United States or Canada; will I be disadvantaged when you link to products in your premium content?

A big perk of getting in the Insiders Club at this early stage is that I will shape it based on the Founder Members’ needs. I’ll make sure the tools and resources are suitable for you, keeping your location in mind when creating premium content. You’ll also be able to find retailers near you with a quick search with my Shop Directory, and I’ll also be available to provide alternative products if needed.

Q – Why should I become a member today instead of waiting?

A: I created the Insiders Club for people who are tired of reading through home décor blogs and still not knowing how to make it happen. Making your home a priority is important, and creating a beautiful, functional living space that works for you –and not the other way around- shouldn’t be an afterthought. And it surely doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, let alone hire an interior designer. You have it in you, you just need a little guidance to channel your inner stylist. Q – Do I have access to past months’ content?

A: Yes, you do! All premium content is accessible through your own dashboard, extended archive, and in the custom navigation menu for logged-in members. And a new article is added each week!

Q – I am not on Facebook. Is it still interesting for me to join even if I don’t have access to the community?

The community aspect of the Insiders Club will provide amazing value for questions, concerns, and encouragement and to work out the content. Joining as a Founder Member means you’ll have a say in the tools used for the club, and if there is a better alternative out there (outside of Facebook, possibly self-hosted), then I’ll happily find another way for the insiders to connect!

Q – Is there a minimum commitment on the monthly membership?

A: No, absolutely not. you can cancel anytime.

Q – How do I login?

Click ‘login’ on the top menu and enter your username and password. You will be redirected to your dashboard. If you forgot or lost your password, click here to request a new one.

Q – I want to save money. How to I upgrade to an annual subscription?

A: You can upgrade to an annual membership easily with a couple of clicks from your account page, under the subscription tab in your account. My system will automatically take into account the time left on your current subscription, so you’ll never be double charged either. You can also send an email to [email protected]

Q – How can I pay for the membership?

A: You can pay with most credit cards are accepted via Stripe, a payment portal.

Q – Can I buy a gift membership for someone else?

A: Yes! Please email [email protected] for more information.

Q – When will I be charged for my ND Insiders Club Membership?

A: Members can log in by visiting https://nordicdesign.ca/members (if you don’t see a login form you are already logged in). You will then be redirected to your dashboard, where you’ll be able to access your premium content, exclusive features and community.

Q- What if I need more tips than what I can get with my membership?

A: Not only can you submit a question directly to me via your dashboard, but you can also get advice, support, and feedback any time from within our community. You’ll see me there, too! If you need more personal and private coaching, I offer e-decor services, and annual members of the Insiders Club get a special rate.

Q – What if the membership is not for me?

A: If you do not feel the membership is for you, you can cancel anytime easily. And the fun begins here with a risk-free 14-day money-back guarantee! After two weeks, if you don’t feel totally confident and inspired, simply reach out to me and I’ll refund your investment. You will continue to have access to the Insiders Club until the end of that rolling month/year, depending on your membership period.
