This is the home of Henrik Hemmingsen, decorator at the lovely shop Fil de Fer – A must whenever you are in Copenhagen and if you love French antiques.
When it comes to Christmas, he is not that much into glitter or abundance of gifts… He prefers to bring the nature in, and decorate with objects found during his walks in the country, his visits at flea markets or during his travels. The whole place is kept completely white, which provides a beautiful, neutral canvas for all of Henrik’s numerous curiosities, lovely collectibles and interesting knick-knacks. Rustic wood and cognac leather accents are a warm and inviting touch. It’s beautiful!
