A home in Denmark

, , , By Catherine Lazure | Nordic Design

This modern and unusual house located in Denmark is owned by a family with two young children. The house’s central section is one big, bright room with kitchen, dining and lounge area, with large windows. There are two terraces on both sides of the house, allowing the family to enjoy the sun as it moves throughout the day.

We are completely charmed by the black and white contrast with touches of sunny yellow, which totally adds some fun and personality. There is a humorous quote about food from the cartoon Garfield was painted on the wall – We have no clue what it says, but the idea is great! We also love the black Vola fixtures and the boudoir-like lamp in the bathroom.
