Talk about inspiring interiors! Lyceum is the latest conversion project of Oscar Properties, the firm who did an awesome job at transforming a former chocolate factory into sophisticated apartments. In an old building of Stockholm’s Royal Institute of Technology, 70 new homes are being finalized in premises previously used as laboratory and classrooms.

A couple of press pictures have been released, featuring beautifully staged apartments. Modern design, high ceilings, large windows, art… The overall look is truly impressive.

I love the museum-like portret gallery as well as they match the dining room chairs.
