This is what 3 750 000 euros would get you in Berlin. Not bad, right?

This vaste loft is 320 square meters, has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is so spacious, the living area alone is a whopping 120 square meters – Talk about grandeur!

This place was carefully renovated, and it seduces by its character and uniqueness. It has wide floor boards, exposed beams, steel framed windows and original brick walls, combined with a modern kitchen (loving the color mix!) and bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. The cherry on top is probably the 40-square-meter roof terrace – What a perfect spot to lounge around and enjoy the view during summer days!

As it is for sale (anyone interested?), the apartment was staged by the talented team at Fantastic Frank. I’m quite fond of the furniture and accessories to decorate the place: A ferm LIVING planter, an Arne Jacobsen floor lamp, Raft Stools and a black Shuffle It table from &Tradition, among others. Even the black Vanmoof bike adds a nice touch to the look.

Quite an inspiring place, don’t you agree?
