Combine. Vary. Add. Change color. Change wall.
String is an open shelving system originally created by Swedish designer Nisse Strinning - A modern, minimalist design that became popular as soon as it was introduced in 1949.
The beauty of String is probably the numerous options available. Starting from a set of basic combinations, a number of configurations and extensions are possible: extra shelves, side panels, work surface, magazine shelf, chest with drawers, and cabinet with sliding doors. Everything is simple to assemble, extend and combine according to your needs and color preferences.
The String family is composed of the String System, String Pocket, and String Plex by Nisse Strinning, as well as Cell by Peter Cohen.
