OK Design (formerly known as Oficina Kreativa) is a creative work group within the field of art, architecture, and design. Jacob Fasting and Kirsten Krogh founded the office in 2008. It is located in Mexico City and Copenhagen. OK Design is engaged in the design and production of furniture and in theoretical and artistic practice. It is based on an exchange of ideas between Scandinavia and Mexico – a cultural import & export. Read more about it here.

They manufacture the Acapulco chair, a classic Mexican design. It takes its name from the famous Pacific resort. In the 1950s, when the chair first went into production, Acapulco was the Hollywood hot spot. John Wayne, Elvis, and the Kennedys lounged on sunny terraces overlooking the Acapulco bay.

The chair as a solid steel frame with a black matte powder coating and UV filtered PVC cord. It is suitable for outdoor use. It is available in yellow, petroleum blue, light blue, black and, since recently, orange.
Not so long ago, OK Design also (re)introduced the Acapulco Mini for the kids. Just as cool – only smaller!
